1. Role Description
This position reports to the Director and he/she will be responsible on supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the company, ensuring smooth coordination of tour arrangements, bookings, and administrative processes. The role involves working closely with customers to ensure service delivery is efficient and aligned with company standards.
2. Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
- Assist in coordinating tour bookings, itineraries, and travel arrangements.
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and service providers to confirm bookings and operational details.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on booking status.
- Prepare and maintain operational documents, schedules, and reports.
- Support the operations team in ensuring all tour arrangements are executed smoothly.
- Monitor and follow up on bookings, payments, and confirmations.
- Perform general administrative duties to support daily business operations.
