Job Summary
As an Operations Assistant, you will manage and support various operational tasks, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth daily functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing food by following established kitchen processes to ensure quality and safety
- Organize and prepare products, ingredients, stock, and workspace to maintain operational efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen and workspace
- Support order fulfillment by accurately packing orders and responding to simple customer queries
- Perform additional operational duties as assigned to support team and business needs
- Use basic computer skills to process orders and operate simple systems accurately
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including weekend shifts to meet operational demands
- Collaborate effectively within a small team environment, demonstrating a positive attitude
- Follow instructions closely to maintain consistency and accuracy in all tasks
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality to ensure smooth daily operations
- Engage actively in learning opportunities and on-the-job training for continuous improvement
