Your Challenges and Responsibilities
- Managing end to end operations and issues relating to Operations including Production Operations & Planning, Sales & Customer Services.
- Handle & manage a small team from various departments including Strategic Planning of Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Business Development, Production, Manpower, etc
- Oversee teams to ensure SOPs and product quality is maintained.
- Work with teamto continuous streamline and update internal Standard Operating Procedure through constant review and data-collecting.
- Conduct and ensure QC of products from start-to-end.
- Initiates & work with team on R&D to constantly develop new products & update product offerings.
- Supporting the outlets in Sales & Marketing plan and coordinate for business and sales strategy, co-ordinate for sales and marketing activities. Monitor, review and report on all operations and results.
- Close watch on competitor's activities in terms of product offerings, operational, financial aspect and marketing activities.
- Liaison with other Support Functions Department from Human Resource, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Administration team.
Skills Requirements
- Prior experience in F&B / Food Services /Retail / Maufacuturing is a necessity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & basic Google Suite is a must
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to be a team player with various department
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Meticulous with good interpersonal skills
- Passion for food trends, and entrepreneurship, will be a great advantage
