As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.
- Prepare, process and maintain operational documentation, including goods receipts, delivery orders, shipping documents and inventory records.
- Update and maintain accurate operational data in the ERP system.
- Support inbound and outbound warehouse activities by ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Assist with inventory administration, including stock movements, stock adjustments and periodic stock count activities.
- Record and follow up on operational issues, such as stock discrepancies, damaged goods, delivery delays or documentation errors, escalating them when required.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel, Customer Service and logistics providers to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets and other operational documentation required by the Operations team.
- Maintain organized filing of warehouse, logistics and shipping documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, documentation standards and internal controls.
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager and the Operations team.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, warehouse support or operations support role is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an advantage).
- Good organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
