Job Description

With 9 subsidiaries worldwide, Ventós has built a strong international presence based on reliability, quality and long-term customer partnerships. Ventós-Vos Pte. Ltd., our Singapore subsidiary, supports the company's activities across the Asia-Pacific region.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Prepare, process and maintain operational documentation, including goods receipts, delivery orders, shipping documents and inventory records.
  • Update and maintain accurate operational data in the ERP system.
  • Support inbound and outbound warehouse activities by ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Assist with inventory administration, including stock movements, stock adjustments and periodic stock count activities.
  • Record and follow up on operational issues, such as stock discrepancies, damaged goods, delivery delays or documentation errors, escalating them when required.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel, Customer Service and logistics providers to ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets and other operational documentation required by the Operations team.
  • Maintain organized filing of warehouse, logistics and shipping documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, documentation standards and internal controls.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager and the Operations team.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, warehouse support or operations support role is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an advantage).
  • Good organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
