Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and organized Sales & Operations Administrative Assistant to support sales and daily operations through administrative tasks, customer communication, and document management.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to sales and daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Enter data accurately and organize documents to maintain efficient records
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and regular reports to support customer
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email to maintain customer satisfaction
- Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned to support team needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook to complete administrative tasks efficiently
- Demonstrate responsibility, organization, and attention to detail in daily work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Prior experience in sales administration or operations support is advantageous
