Your Challenges and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversea day-to-day Operations matters and ensuring all departments under your charge (Cake Bake/Cake Assembly/Festive Bake) are performing in accordance to SOP.
- Manage product QC, production scheduling, manpower planning & schedule, etc to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage & upkeep recipe card, costing, inventory control, etc to ensure team is abiding to management's budget, policy and procedures.
- Manage operational costs including manpower, maintenance, purchases, etc
- Manage production planning, forecasting, purchasing and stock control.
- Support retail outlets in retail sales & promotions, coordinate for business development and sales plans, co-ordinate for promotions, sales and marketing activities. Monitor, review and report on all operations and results.
- Close watch on competitor's activities in terms of product offerings, operational, financial aspect and marketing activities.
- Work with team on R&D to constantly develop new products & update product offerings.
- Source/maintain and upkeep good relations with external contractors/suppliers.
