Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple outlets, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
Drive operational efficiency by monitoring sales targets, implementing staff training plans, and introducing service improvement initiatives.
Conduct regular outlet inspections, provide optimization suggestions, and follow up on implementation.
Analyze financial and operational data to enhance profitability, control costs, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Support new store openings, including manpower planning, process setup, and smooth management of daily operations.
Mentor outlet managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to recommend proactive improvements in operations, menu offerings, and customer engagement.
Job requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in outlet operations or management, preferably in quick-service restaurants. Prior exposure to Chinese or Hunan cuisine brands is a strong advantage.
Prior experience as an Operations Area Manager or similar role managing 5 or more outlets.
Excellent team coordination skills with the ability to guide and motivate employees.
Strong analytical skills to identify operational issues and propose solutions.
Minimum education level of Diploma or higher in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
