Duties and Responsibilities
A. Operations Management
1. Operational
Oversee daily operations to ensure service quality, timely delivery, and effective resolution of operational issues.
2. Customer Issue Resolution
Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns relating to product quantity, quality, service, and on-site operational matters.
3. Vendor Management
Manage and liaise with vendors to ensure service reliability, cost-effectiveness, and smooth operational support.
4. Team Leadership and Management
Plan manpower requirements, set performance expectations, motivate staff, monitor performance, and conduct appraisals.
5. Policy Communication
Communicate company policies, operational updates, and key issues to staff through regular meetings and briefings.
6. Customer Experience Enhancement
Identify customer pain points, develop solutions, and implement improvements to enhance overall service experience.
7. Management Collaboration
Work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems.
8. Problem Solving and Decision Making
Identify operational challenges and opportunities implement effective and timely solutions.
9. Maintenance and Workplace Safety
Oversee maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and premises, ensuring compliance with safety and health standards.
10. Process Improvement
Continuouslyreview and improve operational workflows, manpower utilization, and space planning to enhance efficiency.
B. Warehouse Management
11. Warehouse Operations
Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including inventory control, storage, and logistics coordination.
12. Inventory Accuracy and Control
Ensure accurate inventory records, stock movements, and shipment documentation.
13. Workforce Planning
Plan, schedule, and deploy warehouse manpower effectively based on operational needs.
14. Training and Development
Oversee onboarding and training programs for new warehouse staff to ensure competency.
15. Productivity and Performance Monitoring
Track attendance, leave, and staff performance to maintain high productivity levels.
16. Strategic Execution
Implement operational plans aligned with company goals and management directives.
17. Compliance and Quality Assurance
Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and quality specifications.
18. Performance Analysis
Monitor and analyze KPIs, operational metrics, and quality indicators to drive performance.
19. Continuous Improvement
Identify gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
20. Leadership and Delegation
Assign responsibilities, set clear expectations, and monitor progress in a fast-paced environment.
21. Product Handling and Disposal
Manage proper handling, disposal, or salvage of expired, damaged, or defective products in accordance with company policies.
