Responsibilities:

  • Understand business needs by assisting in analyzing current processes and identifying pain points and improvement opportunities
  • Conduct desk analysis and gather data points to support decision-making
  • Learn techniques to gather user feedback to adapt and adjust proposed solutions
  • Liaise and manage stakeholders across various departments and functional teams
  • Assist in creating support materials, such as user guides and standard operating procedures
