About the Role
We are hiring an Operations Analyst to support process improvement and digital transformation initiatives within a logistics and warehouse environment. This role is idealfor individuals who enjoy analysing operations, driving efficiency, and workingclosely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Improvement & Optimisation
- Analyse warehouse and administrative processes to identify areas for improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and sustainability
- Implement solutions to reduce operational inefficiencies and waste
2. Data Analysis& Digitalisation
- Utilise digital tools and data analytics to improve operational performance
- Support the implementation of automation and digital solutions (e.g.dashboards, workflow tools)
- Monitor performance metrics and track improvement outcomes
3. StakeholderEngagement
- Work closely with operations teams to understand challenges and improvementopportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project implementation
- Present improvement initiatives and proposals to customers for approval
4. Project Management
- Lead or support continuous improvement projects from planning to execution
- Ensure projects meet defined timelines, cost-saving, and performancetargets
- Track and report progress on improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order processing
- Exposure to tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, or Python isan advantage
