Job role:-
Asset Servicing is responsible for managing Voluntary Income and Corporate Actions events across global equity and fixed income products. The focus areas include:
- Event creation and reconciliation
- Instruction and entitlement distribution
- Dedicated client service
Key Responsibilities
- Manage distribution of entitlements from Voluntary and Mandatory APAC Equity & Fixed Income Corporate Action and Income events
- Create and maintain Asset Servicing events in proprietary systems
- Support internal trading desks, prime brokerage clients, stock loan counterparties, and external brokers
- Reconcile cash and stock balances accurately
- Interpret and liaise with custodian banks and self-clear markets using industry standards such as SWIFT
- Deliver precise, timely work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Skills & Experience
We're looking for candidates with:
- Strong understanding of broker-dealer environments and associated market risks
- Experience in Asset Servicing within APAC markets
- Superior organizational skills for both daily operations and project work
- Logical, proactive problem-solving abilities
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in high-risk environments with challenging deadlines
- A track record of initiative and process improvement
- This is a1 year contract
