Minimum Qualifications
- 2- 4 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Ops, or Revenue Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS or Fintech environment.
- Proven ability to map, analyze, and optimize end-to-end workflows across multiple teams (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, or Product).
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization to identify bottlenecks and measure process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to translate operational insights into clear recommendations and drive cross-functional alignment on process changes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Travel Tech or Payments, specifically managing the operational complexity of API-driven marketplaces.
- Demonstrated experience in change management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through process overhauls and system integrations/migrations.

As an Operations Analyst, you will be the architect of our operational efficiency. Your goal is to identify opportunities to improve speed and efficiency, and systematically enhance how we work. You will work cross-functionally to streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure that our operations scale without friction. This is a role for a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives on process optimization and wants to have a direct impact on the business's ability to grow.
Responsibilities
- Document and analyze end-to-end workflows across key functions (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Operations), partnering with department heads to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain the company's Operational Knowledge Base by documenting core workflows, system configurations, and SOPs to reduce dependency on tribal knowledge and enable seamless scaling.
- Proactively identify structural bottlenecks and operational gaps in the business, providing data-backed recommendations to leadership on resource reallocation and process pivots.
- Build and own operational dashboards using tools like Google Sheets etc, tracking funnel health, operational margins, and cohort performance to drive strategic clarity.
- Develop and document the Bakuun Playbook for new market entries and product launches, collaborating with GTM and Product teams to ensure operational excellence is repeatable and standardized as we scale.
- Drive automation initiatives (e.g. automated partner onboarding, lead routing, reporting workflows) using tools like Zapier, Make, or custom integrations to eliminate manual work and drive team productivity gains
