Drive full operational, commercial, and P&L performance for land freight and cross-border transport networks across Singapore and the region.

• Full P&L & Strategy: Lead financial targets, control overheads, manage weekly revenue forecasts, and drive annual budgeting for the land transport division.

• Operations & Fleet Optimisation: Direct daily domestic and cross-border haulage (FTL/LTL), vendor contracts, and customs brokerage while resolving critical operational disputes.

• Commercial Growth: Partner with sales teams to build transport blueprints, respond to complex RFQs, and expand revenue streams with new and existing clients.

• Team Leadership & Excellence: Lead and mentor the local road network team, enforcing statutory compliance, ISO procedures, and service delivery standards.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain) with at least 5 years of managerial experience in land transport operations.

• In-depth expertise in Singapore-Malaysia cross-border trucking, customs clearance processes, and contract hauler vendor management.

• Proven track record in P&L management, commercial negotiations, and customer-facing solution presentations.
