About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support our team in the daily operations of our wellness and events space. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of client-facing communication, event coordination, and behind-the-scenes administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle venue rental enquiries and manage lead follow-up.
- Coordinate and facilitate site visits for potential clients.
- Support content production logistics (e.g., setting up space, coordinating schedules, preparing equipment).
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and basic operations support.
- Assist with general office organisation to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Requirements
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and partners.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and self-directed.
- Prior experience in admin, events, or operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
