Support customer onboarding and administrative operations by coordinating with teams, managing communications, and maintaining accurate accounting records to ensure smooth office and client service functions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with new customers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process and address their initial needs
- Collaborate with department leaders and individual contributors to complete routine administrative tasks efficiently
- Verify and update accounting documents and company system records to maintain accurate financial data
- Welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally to create a positive first impression
- Manage incoming calls by screening and directing them to the appropriate personnel promptly
- Sort and prepare incoming and outgoing mail and packages to ensure timely delivery
- Assist with filing, scanning, and photocopying to support document management
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support office operations
