Provide administrative and support services to smoothen the Operations processes such as to create sales orders/ purchase requests/ delivery orders/ invoices/ etc.
Liaise with relevant departments when necessary in order to meet order requirements.
Perform data entry, sorting and ensure proper filling system.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to converse in simple English and Mandarin (so as to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates).
Positive working attitude, independent and self-motivated team player.
5 days working.
