Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Specialist, located in Singapore. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, optimizing processes, and supporting sales operations. Tasks will include analyzing operational data, developing operational strategies, and facilitating efficient communication across various departments.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve operational performance
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and other departments
• Proven experience in Sales and Operations Management
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong Project Management skills
• Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in the industry is an added advantage
