Operational Risk Analyst

The Opportunity

• 12months contract at Changi Business Park
• We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst with relevant experience to join our team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Outsourcing Risk Review (ORR) processes, acting as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, control functions, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Third-Party & Outsourcing Risk Management

• Lead end-to-end risk profiling of vendors, ensuring inherent risk assessment and tier classification align with the firm's TPRM framework and regulatory standards.
• Own the preparation of audit-ready Outsourcing Risk Review (ORR) documentation, addressing complex drivers such as concentration risk, exit strategy, sub-outsourcing, and data residency.

2. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

• Utilize advanced BA techniques to elicit and structure business/operational requirements from service owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Coordinate structured review sessions across Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, and Data Privacy functions to capture feedback and secure necessary sign-offs.
• Act as a technical translator, converting complex SME input into precise risk documentation and leadership-ready materials.

3. Leadership Reporting & PMO Support

• Create compelling, high-quality presentation decks for Risk Committees and Board-level approvals.
• Provide robust PMO support, including milestone tracking, issue escalation, and cross-workstream coordination to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience: >2-3 years of relevant professional experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Business Analysis, or Operational Risk.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced business analysis documentation and expert-level skills in PowerPoint and Excel for executive reporting.
• Competencies: Strong ability to challenge gaps in risk assessments, manage stakeholder timelines, and translate technical information for governance purposes.
