We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Professional to serve as an HR Business Partner for the Founder's Office. This hands-on role focuses on executing HR initiatives with a strong operational lens, ideally within investment firms or family offices.
Position: Operational HR (Founder Office)
Location: Singapore
Reporting to: Strategy HR Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees, handling day-to-day HR operations (onboarding, payroll, grievances) with a preferred background in Compensation & Benefits (C&B).
- Support talent lifecycle processes (recruitment, performance reviews) aligned with investment/family office workflows.
- Partner with leadership to implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Singapore labor regulations.
- Ideal Candidate: 5+ years in HRBP/operations roles within private equity, VC, or family offices.
Requirements:
- Proven HR operations experience in high-touch, confidential environments (finance/family offices preferred).
- Agile problem-solving skills and ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical execution.
- Familiarity with Singapore employment law.
