Contract Duration:
3 months (with possibility of extension)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to public and stakeholder email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Conduct fact-finding and draft responses for internal review and approval
Coordinate logistics, including packing and delivery, track delivery status, and maintain inventory records
Provide on-site support at Culture Pass Office events, engage members of the public, and assist with credit activation and ticketing
Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communications, Events Management, Arts Management, or related fields
Excellent written English skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using IT systems (training will be provided)
