Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to the Operations Manager in day-to-day operations and project coordination.
  • Assist with scheduling, logistics, and resource planning for signage and event projects.
  • Assist in procurement and inventory management, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in liaising with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project requirements.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as documentation and filling.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned from time-to-time.


Requirements:

  • Minium GCE O Level or equivalent Diploma preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations or event coordination is an advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and enhance personal value.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to sacrifice time when necessary to complete responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic administrative tools.
