Job Summary
You will lead daily operations across multiple outlets, managing staff and resources to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all outlets, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures
- Manage inventory, product quality, labour, and operating costs to maximize efficiency and minimize waste
- Plan and prepare staff duty rosters, including scheduling shifts and adjusting coverage for peak periods
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance reviews for outlet staff
- Optimize manpower deployment through effective planning and allocation to meet business demands
- Implement and enforce company policies, SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
- Maintain high staff morale and foster a positive, respectful working environment
- Motivate and guide team members through clear communication to achieve outlet targets and service standards
- Address operational issues, customer feedback, and service recovery promptly and professionally
- Perform additional operational duties as assigned by management
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in F&B operations in a supervisory or similar role
- Proficient in interpersonal and communication skills in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with staff and customers
- Solid understanding and application of food handling, food safety, and hygiene practices
