Job Summary

You will supervise and support the on-site cleaning team to deliver daily cleaning operations, maintain cleanliness standards, and communicate with clients to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

Supervise the on-site cleaning team to execute daily cleaning operations at client premises efficiently
Monitor and follow up on periodic cleaning schedules and client requests to ensure service quality
Assign cleaning duties and ad-hoc tasks to site team members to meet operational requirements
Perform hands-on cleaning duties as needed to maintain overall cleanliness standards
Communicate clearly with clients to address operational needs and gather feedback for service improvement
Identify and report equipment faults promptly to clients and management for timely resolution
Adapt to rotating shifts including AM, PM, midnight shifts, and non-weekend off days based on job location
Use web browsers and mobile applications to support operational tasks and communication
Read, speak, and write English to understand instructions and communicate effectively with clients and team
