As we continue to grow our shared bicycle business in Singapore, we are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager, Operations to join our Singapore team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the planning and execution of the island business, ensuring operational success.
About the Role: The Supervisor, Operations will oversee multiple aspects of the core operation and driving it to the next stage of growth. You will manage a team of drivers and walkers who are the heartbeat of the business in managing fleet availability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is not afraid to get hands-on working in both office and outside environment, and is eager to help scale HelloRide's services. In this role, you will report to the Operations Manager.
