Operation Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for day-to-day coffee shop operations.

- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages tailored to customer's preferences.

- Maintain the cleanliness of the workspace in real-time, assigning staff on their necessary tasks, deep clean of outlet, manage in-store merchandise, equipment, chiller and freezer.

- Staff training and supervising colleagues.

- Cashier duties and settlement.

- Customers services and management.

- Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

- Relevant experiences in coffee shop environment.

- Willing to be involved in hands-on-operations.

- Able to work independently and in a team.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
