Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support daily food and beverage operations
- Lead, train and motivate service staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, health and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
- Collaborate with the management team to improve service standards and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in F&B supervision, preferably in a cafe, restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work undre pressure and handle customer service challenges
- Good organizational and problem solving abilities
- Must be able to work weekends and public holidays.
- Must have a valid driving licence
- Able to speak Malay and mandarin is an advantage.
