operation supervisor

Job Description:

Supervise and coordinate daily construction and operation work to ensure the project progresses smoothly according to plan.
Manage and assign tasks to on-site workers to ensure construction efficiency and work quality.

Monitor construction progress to ensure the project is completed on time and meets company and client requirements.

Maintain communication with the project manager, engineering team, and relevant departments to coordinate various matters on the construction site.

Ensure all work complies with Singapore safety regulations and company safety operating standards.

Inspect construction quality and promptly identify and resolve on-site issues.

Manage the use of construction materials and equipment to avoid waste and ensure their rational use.

Prepare and submit relevant work reports and record on-site work progress.

Job Requirements:

At least relevant work experience in the construction or engineering industry.

Excellent on-site management and team coordination skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess problem-solving abilities.

Basic knowledge of project management and construction processes.

Able to adapt to the working environment of a construction site.

Responsible and meticulous.
