Job Description

  • Open and close outlet as per shift schedule
  • Supervise daily briefing to kitchen and service staff
  • Ensure tables, dining area, kitchen, and equipment are ready for service
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and serving time
  • Handle shift scheduling, attendance, and manpower allocation


Experience:
2-4 years experience in F&B, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory / team leader role

  • Strong knowledge of F&B service, kitchen operations, and POS systems
  • Knowledge of inventory management, food cost, and rostering
  • Leadership, team supervision, and conflict resolution skills
  • Physically fit to stand for long shifts, flexible for weekends / holidays
