About the Team: The APAC Early Career team is a critical driver in advancing TikTok's global talent strategy by connecting with top-tier university students. Our mission is to deliver exceptional, engaging experiences that showcase TikTok's people, culture, and technology through high-impact events and programs. By cultivating relationships with universities, we aim to attract and recruit high-potential students who will contribute to TikTok's growth and innovation. - Hiring Requests Management: align with business to help them better collect hiring requests, tracking their progress to ensure alignment with business objectives and the efficient advancement of the recruitment pipeline. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Lead recruitment-related data analysis initiatives. Regularly generate and present bi-weekly and monthly reports that provide deep insights into recruitment channel effectiveness, process health, and talent market trends. Utilize these insights to support data-driven decision-making and strategy optimization. - Key Metrics Design & Tracking: Design, monitor, and continuously refine key performance indicators for the recruitment team (specifically within the EC team). Conduct regular data review sessions to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and drive the implementation of improvement actions to enhance overall recruitment quality and efficiency. - Online Assessment Management: Oversee the end-to-end operation of Online Assessments. Responsibilities include the selection and configuration of assessment tools, maintenance of the question bank, coordination and support for candidates during testing, and analysis of assessment results for validity. Aim to continuously improve the accuracy of talent evaluation and the candidate experience. - Recruitment Channel Operations & Optimization: Manage and operate official recruitment communication channels, including the public recruitment inbox. Ensure timely and professional handling of all inquiries. Monitor channel metrics, analyze communication funnels, and proactively propose and implement optimization strategies to enhance employer brand presence and candidate engagement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analysis, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in recruitment operations, HR analytics, or talent acquisition. - Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) with the ability to independently conduct data processing, analysis, and visualization reporting. - Strong logical thinking and process optimization skills, capable of systematically managing hiring requests, tracking KPIs, and conducting performance reviews. - Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with business teams and candidates, with proven ability to multitask and work under pressure. Preferred Qualification(s) - Experience in operating online assessment (OA) tools or executing campus recruitment programs. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment channel management. - Practical knowledge of employer branding and candidate experience optimization. - Experience in cross-departmental project management or supporting large-scale recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
