Job Description

The Operation/QA/QC assistant job scope may include these responsibilities:

Preparation and oversight of the operational activities
Oversight of day-to-day operations.
Prepare and monitor new production testing (new equipment, products or new packaging and etc
Constantly monitor quality and help to investigate complaints
Update operating procedures
Replace the department supervisor in his/her absence
Perform daily production process
Follow daily equipment and area cleaning procedures and schedule
Responsible for document management systems
Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
