The Operation/QA/QC assistant job scope may include these responsibilities:
- Preparation and oversight of the operational activities
- Oversight of day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and monitor new production testing (new equipment, products or new packaging and etc
- Constantly monitor quality and help to investigate complaints
- Update operating procedures
- Replace the department supervisor in his/her absence
- Perform daily production process
- Follow daily equipment and area cleaning procedures and schedule
- Responsible for document management systems
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
