OPERATION OFFICER

Job Description

An Operations Officer is responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of TRANSPORT operations systems. Supervise drivers on safety conditions and ensure regulations/ policies is complied by all drivers,

JOB DUTIES

. To Assist/ plan Duty Rosters

. To ensure ferry the drivers and responsible for the smooth changing of shifts.

. To ensure there is no early logout and late logon by any drivers

. To ensure Duty Supervisors laises with managementon any complaints of service failure.

. To attend to any problems encountered by the CUSTOMER and Drivers.

. To analyze and approve any Off application, changing of shift and job replacement by Drivers for the same day.

. To perform routine checks and safety inspections

. To ensure all accidents cases attended by MAIN OFFICE and Accident Report put up for submission to Safety.

. To check and ensure the Daily TRANSPORT Lists are properly and correctly put up and updated by MANGEMENT.

. To check and ensure the Daily Attendance list updated TO MANGMENT.

. To check and Monitor the daily safety check Reports put up by the MANAGER.

. To check and monitor the performance and productivity of the Drivers.

. To check and monitor the problematic Drivers and keep record of their absence, reporting sick, medical certificates, AWOL and disciplinary actions etc.

. To prepare and attend meetings as and when required

. To assist in the administrative works, perform any specific and any other work as directed by the Managers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

. Plan and control the turnout of Drivers.

. To ensure the Workplace Safety & Health Act (WSHA) 2006 is complied by all drivers.

. To achieve the company's standards and targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

. Singaporean/Permanent Resident Only

. Must do shift work

. Required to STANDBY on 24 HOURS shift work

. Min Pass in PSLE / N / O Level English or WPL in Literacy (Reading, Speaking, Writing, Listening)

. Singapore Driving License Class 3 equivalent and above

. Physically fit

Must have vehicles mechanical knowledges
