Key Responsibilities
Manage feedback from multiple channels (calls, emails, digital platforms) - estimated 140 cases per officer per month
Coordinate follow-up actions with external contractors, managing agents, Town Councils, and other government agencies
Verify work completed as part of follow-up actions
Conduct onsite surveillance for feedback verification and enforcement purposes
Conduct onsite surveys
Engage face-to-face with feedback providers, the public, and pet owners onsite
Resolve feedback cases, including consulting supervisors and other agencies
View and obtain CCTV footage when required
Provide administrative support including statistical analysis, duty roster management, and general administrative tasks
Requirements
Minimum Degree or Diploma in any field
Good writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
Patient, attentive, approachable, and customer-oriented
Willing to work in an outdoor environment
Team player with initiative, drive, and ability to work independently
Willingness to work on offshore islands and across Singapore
