  • Design, configure, maintain, and support Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022).
  • Administer and optimize VMware virtualization environments (ESXi, vCenter).
  • Manage Pure Storage platforms ensuring performance, availability, and data integrity.
  • Monitor infrastructure health using EG Innovations (EG Enterprise) and ensure proactive incident response.
  • Maintain and administer Veritas NetBackup solutions for data protection and recovery.
  • Configure and manage WSUS (Windows Server Update Services) for patch management.
  • Support and manage core services such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
  • Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices.
  • Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and system upgrades.
  • Perform system hardening based on CIS hardening standards
  • Ensure system security and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and BAU operations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, SOPs, and configuration standards.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
