Roles & Responsibilities
- Support employees training, performance reviews, disciplinary and talent development across departments, driving continuous growth and skill enhancement.
- Control departmental expenses, manage employees schedules, and optimize resource utilization to maintain operational efficiency.
- Work closely with interdepartmental teams to coordinate tasks, resolve issues, and ensure seamless daily operations.
- Recruit, motivate, and manage a skilled and dedicated team, fostering a high-performance culture through leadership and continuous development.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize financial performance. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue generation to improve profitability
Requirements:
- Bachlore Degree/Diploma
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to drive sales growth and meet targets,
