Job Responsible
Oversee daily manufacturing and operational activities to ensure smooth production processes and on-time delivery.
Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules for seafood, frozen food, and meat processing operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and company SOPs
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, sales, and quality assurance departments.
Improve operational efficiency, reduce wastage, and optimize production costs.
Ensure workplace safety practices and compliance with health & safety regulations.
Handle operational issues, equipment downtime, and implement corrective actions promptly.
Working hour: 8am-5pm
