Job scope
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and service standards.
- Lead, train, and manage operational teams, including recruitment and performance management.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and drive operational performance.
- Improve processes and workflows to reduce costs and enhance quality and customer experience.
- Manage inventory, supply chain, logistics, and supplier relationships.
- Control operational budgets, expenses, and administrative compliance.
- Resolve operational issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Retail, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in operations management or similar leadership role
