Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across all business activities. The role involves managing site operations, coordinating projects, and working closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain efficiency and service standards, while reporting directly to the Director.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, relevant experience in Fuel Management Systems or the M&E (Mechanical &Electrical) industry, and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities effectively while driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Operations Management &Site Coordination:
- Manage daily operations and coordinate project activities to maintain productivity and overall operational efficiency.
- Supervise site progress, manpower deployment, and work schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and according to plan.
- Coordinate with internal teams, technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers for operational support.
- Report directly to the Director on operational performance, project updates, and key issues.
- Ensure maintenance schedules are properly planned and executed.
2) Project & Vendor Coordination:
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and clients.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet business goals.
3) Administrative &Compliance Support:
- Prepare operational reports, maintenance records, and project documentation.
- Ensure all operational records are properly maintained and updated.
- Monitor compliance with workplace safety regulations and company operational standards.
- Support management in operational decision-making and continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in:
- Fuel Management System, or
- M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) industry
- Proven experience in operations management, project coordination, or a similar managerial role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple operational tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and general reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing operations related to technical services, maintenance coordination, or industrial operations is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with maintenance planning, vendor management, and site operations is highly preferred.
- Immediate availability or short notice will be an advantage.
