Job Description
Execute day-to-day tasks include processing daily orders and generation of waybills for online orders
Provide administrative and operational support to E-commerce team for daily fulfilment tasks (including hands-on pick/packing in warehouse during peak days)
Track and monitor status of parcels and flag out exceptional delays for follow up with last mile provider
Liaise with last mile provider to investigate lost / missing parcels and request for compensation, if needed
Co-ordinates After Sales Service of equipment from customers with Servicing Dept
Work with Marketing Team to co-ordinate collection of products arising from Product Feedback and shipping of products for replacement
Provide logistical support for shipment of products required for overseas events
Verify the accuracy of billing by last mile provider before submission to Finance
Verify the accuracy of products packed/shipped daily for inter-co billing
Generate Monthly Reports for Manager
Co-ordinates with Marketing Team on voided orders and prepare Credit Note for submission to Finance
Perform orders posting, filing and scan Delivery Orders to Business Central (BC)
Participate in sustainability initiatives and encourage eco-friendly practices across the team
Assist with audits and reviews of environmental practices to ensure compliance and continual improvement.
May perform other duties as assigned and to work beyond official working hours as and when required
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
1-2 years of relevant experience in order processing, logistics, or supply chain operations
Familiarity with Navision / Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems is preferred
Proficient in inventory management, including inbound and outbound operations
Prior experience or knowledge in Small Package or Freight Forwarding (Air or Ocean Freight) services is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Able to multitask effectively and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality work
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
