We are a growing moving services company in Singapore and are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and improve our daily operational activities.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing end-to-end moving operations to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
. Plan and manage daily moving operations, including scheduling of manpower, vehicles, and equipment
. Coordinate with customers to confirm job details, timelines, and service requirements
. Supervise moving crews to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and professionally
. Resolve operational issues and handle on-site or customer-related challenges
. Optimise manpower deployment and routing to improve efficiency and reduce costs
. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company SOPs
. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers when required
. Monitor service quality, job completion, and customer feedback
. Prepare basic operational reports and support management in process improvements
Job Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant operations or logistics experience
. Experience in service-based or logistics-related industries is preferred
. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
. Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
. Good communication and coordination skills
