Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations at assigned sites

• Plan and manage manpower deployment, shifts, and attendance

• Coordinate vessel movements, cargo operations, and scheduling

• Monitor operational performance and ensure timely completion of tasks

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (WSH, NEA requirements)

• Handle incidents, report issues, and implement corrective actions

• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders

• Maintain proper documentation (logs, reports, fuel usage, cargo records)

• Supervise and guide supervisors and workers on-site
