Operation Manager

This role reports to the director. The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the company's wildlife rescue activities in Singapore. This includes managing field operations, ensuring regulatory compliance with local wildlife laws (e.g., Wildlife Act under NParks), optimizing internal processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the safety and welfare of rescued wildlife. The role demands operational leadership, crisis response capabilities, and a passion for wildlife conservation.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily wildlife rescue operations
2. Maintain high standards of animal welfare throughout rescue, transport, and rehabilitation processes
3. Monitor and analyze operational data (response times, recovery rates, resource use) to improve efficiency
4.Drive initiatives to optimize operational workflows
5. Build and manage stakeholder and community partnerships to support rescue operations and public awareness

Technical Skills and Competencies

1. Experience in operations management, preferably in conservation, emergency services, or animal welfare.
2. Operational Systems and Process Optimization
3.Analytical mindset with skills in data management and reporting
4.Excellent relationship management skills
