OPERATION MANAGER

This attachment outlines the training scope for the Operation Planner. The training will focus on production operations, process improvement, workflow planning, and engineering support within an industrial environment. All activities will be guided directly by the Director to ensure proper alignment with company standards and operational requirements.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Director in planning and managing production schedules to support consistent output and operational stability.

2. Monitor production processes and identify areas where efficiency, quality, or safety can be improved.

3. Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure machines, tools, and processes are operating at required standards.

4. Review workflow procedures and recommend adjustments to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.

5. Prepare technical reports, production records, and process documentation for internal reference and audits.

6. Support troubleshooting efforts for production-related issues by analyzing process deviations and proposing corrective actions.

7. Oversee process changes, ensuring they comply with engineering guidelines and safety requirements.

8. Collaborate with suppliers and technical partners when new equipment, tooling, or process adjustments are needed.

9. Assist in evaluating production performance through data review and process observations.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

1. Production workflow planning

2. Knowledge of process engineering fundamentals

3. Understanding of industrial equipment and tooling

4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documents

5. Process troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

6. Familiarity with safety standards in energy and chemical environments

Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered - 6 months

Mature Mid Career Individuals - $3,400
