Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure service excellence
Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling and performance supervision
Ensure compliance with SFA food hygiene standards and workplace safety regulations
Monitor sales performance, cost control and profitability
Manage inventory, purchasing and supplier coordination
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain service and food quality
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
Lead training and development of staff to improve productivity
Prepare monthly reports including sales analysis and operational performance
Support business expansion and new outlet setup when required
Job Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in F&B operations management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in managing food court / coffee shop operations preferred
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations in Singapore
