Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and customer engagement
Manage the full RFQ process, including BOM review, quotation preparation, pricing analysis, negotiation, and deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and repeat business
Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal cross-functional teams
Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and service quality
Monitor program progress to ensure timelines, costs and deliverables are met
Proactively identify risks, supply constraints, operational issues and implement corrective actions
Handle customer escalations and resolve issues related to delivery and commercial impact
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates and performance reports
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support business strategy
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, program management or commercial operations
Experience in manufacturing or electronics industry is preferred
Strong understanding of sales cycles, pricing strategies and cost analysis
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
