Job Description
Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, service standards and profitability.
Monitor food quality, service quality and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with SFA regulations and company SOPs.
Prepare and analyse sales reports, cost control reports and financial performance data.
Manage inventory control, purchasing and supplier coordination to ensure cost efficiency.
Handle customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, workplace safety and food safety requirements.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant or F&B operations management.
Proven experience in managing multiple outlets or large teams preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good knowledge of food hygiene regulations and operational compliance requirements.
Experience in budgeting, cost control and profit & loss management.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
