YOUR ROLE

Assist the Contract/Area Manager in overseeing the whole warehouse and in-plant operations. Responsible for ensuring CEVA business and operational objectives and KPIs are met.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Lead and direct staff in daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient running of overall operations

2 Lead daily manufacturing engagement as part of daily operations fulfillment

3 Address customer escalations timely and provide solutions

4 Plans and assures adequate equipment for storage, loading and delivery of goods

5 Perform inventory management, productivity, accuracy and loss prevention programs to ensure that customers requirements are met

6 Responsible for meeting KPI targets

7 Plan and manage the P&L for the respective account to ensure on time deliveries

8 Direct activities to limit cost, improve accuracy, safety and to provide and maintain good customer service level

9 Cost management, ensure timely and accurate billings are submitted monthly and preparation of annual operating budget

10 Implements safety, security, housekeeping and sanitation programs

11 Build, motivate and coach operational team to ensure overall business objectives are met

12 Generate monthly performance data/reports to ensure that customers requirements are met

13 Implement work improvement initiatives and programs such as 5S, Kaizens, LEAN and SCA program with the goal of achieving CEVA Standards of Operational Excellence

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • Degree in any discipline Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
  • Experience At least 5 years of relevant working experience and experience in managing and leading operations team
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
  • Experience with customer dealing at all levels
  • Good planning, communication and people skills
