Operation Manager (Cleaning Operations & Business Development)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operation Manager to lead our cleaning operations and support business growth. The successful candidate will oversee service delivery, manage manpower, ensure compliance, and help secure new cleaning contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cleaning operations across multiple sites

• Ensure service quality meets contract requirements and KPIs

• Supervise cleaning supervisors and cleaning staff, including rostering and deployment

• Conduct site inspections and handle client feedback or complaints

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards

• Prepare operational and incident reports

• Identify and bring in new cleaning business opportunities

• Conduct site surveys, prepare quotations, and support tender submissions

• Build strong relationships with clients and support contract renewals
