The Supervisor is responsible foroverseeing daily operations at assigned sites, ensuring work quality, safetycompliance, and smooth coordination between junior and part-time staffs andmanagement. This role requires strong leadership, communication and problem-solvingskills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic environments.
The role also involves the ability to getmore orders from the existing clients and potential clients to boost overall sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site staffs, part time workers, and vendors to meet job timelines
- Ensure compliance with regulations and MOM guidelines
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety practices
- Report site activities, incidents, and resource usage to the company directors
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions
- Train and mentor new staff on safety and operational procedures
- Communicate with the clients to make sure job scopes and qualities meeting client's standards and expectations
- Seek business opportunities and boost sales
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in sales or service line
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in sales and service line
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, proficient in Chinese, both oral and written
- Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic site conditions
- Proficiency in reporting tools (MS Office, project management apps
- Willing to work OT and at different sites across the whole Singapore
