Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of overseas caf/billiard salon locations.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards in service, cleanliness, and ambiance.
• Recruit, train, and manage local staff and management teams.
• Implement SOPs and operational policies across locations.
• Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and operational data to drive improvements.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to support location needs.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations, and licensing.
• Develop and execute strategies for performance optimization and cost control.
• Support the opening of new locations, including site setup, staff training, and vendor coordination.
• Travel regularly to international locations to provide on-site leadership and support.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-cultural teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, inventory control, and operational systems.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
• Fluency in English required additional language skills a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
